About the role

Ignitis Lietuva is launching a new contact centre in Panevėžys and is looking for a motivated manager to join the team. You will interact with customers by phone, resolve their inquiries, propose suitable products and services, and help shape a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional assistance to customers through remote channels.
• Identify customer needs and present appropriate energy‑related offers.
• Achieve personal and team sales and service quality targets.
• Handle complex customer situations and resolve issues constructively.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute ideas to improve the overall client experience.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or sales.
• Strong communication skills and ability to solve customer problems.
• Responsibility, independence and teamwork orientation.
• Fluent in Lithuanian, both spoken and written.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
