About the role

Join Ignitis Group's Contact Centre as a Service Desk Specialist responsible for first‑level IT incident resolution and colleague support. This position offers a solid entry point into IT service management, allowing you to work with real business systems and grow alongside an experienced team.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve L1 IT incidents and queries, performing initial analysis and seeking solutions.
• Consult Ignitis Group colleagues on the use of IT services and systems.
• Register incidents received by phone or email, classify them, and manage them in the ticketing system.
• Escalate more complex incidents to the L2 support team.
• Contribute to the creation and update of documentation, knowledge‑base articles, and FAQs.

Required profile

• Higher education in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field (final‑year students are welcome).
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong problem‑solving abilities.
• High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and good organizational skills.
• Willingness to work with various computer systems.
• Fluent Lithuanian and proficient English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Experience with ticketing systems such as Ivanti or Jira.
• Basic knowledge of ITIL concepts or a strong interest in IT service management.
