Marketing Specialist – DTC E‑commerce (Remote EU)

About the role

Foxelli Group is looking for a full‑stack Marketing Specialist to drive content, social media, and performance marketing across three of its D2C brands. The role blends creative production with data‑driven optimisation, allowing you to turn ideas into sales while working 100% remotely within the EU.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish photo and video content for social platforms, including unboxing, styling, filming, editing, and caption writing.
• Monitor trends and quickly adapt on‑brand content to capture timely engagement.
• Support marketing plans by conducting customer research, tracking market trends, and compiling performance reports.
• Write persuasive copy for ads, landing pages, and funnels that feels human.
• Review design assets, provide feedback, and collaborate with the design team on creative production.
• QA landing pages for UX, flow, and functionality; run A/B tests to improve conversion rates.

Required profile

• Passion for both creating and planning content, with a willingness to experiment and iterate.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment and collaborating across marketing, design, and development teams.
• Strong analytical mindset to track performance, identify what works, and optimise funnels.

Required skills

• Experience with AI tools for content creation or testing.
• Knowledge of A/B testing methodologies.
