Marketing Specialist – Events & Social Media

About the role

Join Deloitte as a Marketing Specialist and help shape the way we connect with clients, colleagues, and the wider community. You will be responsible for creating memorable experiences through events, social media, and visual storytelling, while ensuring the Deloitte brand shines across all touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and deliver client events of various sizes, from intimate networking gatherings to larger‑scale experiences.
• Develop engaging content for Instagram and LinkedIn to strengthen brand presence.
• Design presentations, one‑pagers and other marketing materials that communicate complex ideas clearly.
• Manage internal communications across email, MS Teams, digital screens and other channels.
• Maintain and update website and intranet content to keep messaging relevant and consistent.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues across Central Europe on regional campaigns and best‑practice sharing.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, assistant or generalist role, preferably in an international environment.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive, organised and collaborative mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Positive, approachable personality and a genuine passion for creating engaging experiences.
