Mid/Senior Portfolio Analyst

About the role

Join Luminor as a Mid/Senior Portfolio Analyst and help shape the bank’s credit risk reporting at a portfolio level. You will work with international teams, using modern data tools to turn raw information into actionable insights that support risk‑based decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy best‑practice credit risk reporting across portfolios.
• Design, build and automate insightful credit risk dashboards and reports using Power BI and related data tools.
• Document reporting processes, data logic and report structures for transparency and repeatability.
• Analyse data to identify trends, emerging risk exposures and provide recommendations.
• Perform ad‑hoc data analysis to support credit risk decision‑making.

Required profile

• Experience in risk, finance or a related area handling risk or financial data, preferably with business‑intelligence tools.
• Higher degree in Economics, Business Management, Risk Management, Finance or a related discipline.
• Strong data‑processing skills, advanced Excel proficiency; experience with SQL is a plus.
• Good understanding of the credit‑risk framework and strong analytical/problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English and the ability to present insights to senior stakeholders.
