Network Product Solution Manager – Enterprise Business Group

About the role

Huawei Europe is looking for a Network Product Solution Manager to lead the Enterprise Business Group (EBG) networking portfolio in Vilnius. You will shape product strategy, work closely with engineering, sales and partners, and ensure the solutions meet customer needs and revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical pre‑sales support to account managers and channel partners.
• Engage with customers to understand requirements and design effective networking solutions.
• Deliver technical presentations, workshops and product demos.
• Define product strategy, roadmap, MRDs and PRDs for the EBG networking line.
• Develop core positioning, messaging and sales collateral.
• Prepare configurations and designs based on customer specifications.
• Train sales teams and create marketing materials, including conference participation and article writing.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of IP networking experience, preferably with system integrators or enterprise networking vendors.
• Strong knowledge in at least one area: Data Center, LAN Switching, Routing, or Security.
• Professional networking certifications such as CCNP or CCDP (or equivalent).
