About the role

The company Darnu Group is looking for a Marketing and Communications Project Manager to lead integrated communication initiatives across its real‑estate, sports, hospitality, and restaurant projects. You will shape the modern city image by planning, executing, and analysing tactical communication plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated communication projects, including tactical planning, budget management and performance analytics.
• Oversee social media channels and coordinate activities with external social‑media agencies.
• Collaborate with media‑planning, creative, communications and event‑organisation agencies to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Design and launch customer loyalty programmes that strengthen client engagement.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience managing integrated communication projects (real‑estate sector is a plus).
• Strong management and analytical abilities.
• University degree in marketing, communications, or management.
• Proficient English and excellent written Lithuanian.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to share and implement ideas.
