About the role

We are looking for a Media Relations Project Manager – Copywriter who thinks strategically, writes compelling texts, stays on top of current events and builds strong relationships with the press. The role goes beyond drafting messages; it involves shaping reputation, creating interesting topics and helping clients become visible.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute media‑relations strategies, from proactive topic ideas to measurable results.
• Identify the right tone and channel for each story and initiate topics accordingly.
• Prepare and coordinate content such as press releases, comments, expert opinions and edit all texts.
• Interview spokespersons, analyse information sources and provide insights.
• Consult clients and internal teams on media‑relations matters.
• Participate in planning and delivering communication projects together with the team.

Required profile

• 3–4 years of experience in a media outlet or communications agency (business topics a plus).
• Deep understanding of how media works and what is relevant to journalists and the public.
• Proven ability to generate topics and place them across different media channels.
• Strong writing skills – clear, engaging, value‑adding texts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to nurture relationships with colleagues, clients and journalists.
• Self‑reliance, prioritisation skills and capacity to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset and result‑orientation.
• Openness and a positive attitude.
