Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join PwC Lithuania’s Marketing & Communications team in Vilnius. The role combines creative design, social media, email, web and paid‑media management to boost the firm’s online presence and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create on‑brand visual assets (static and dynamic) for websites, social channels, email campaigns, presentations and print materials.
• Plan, produce and publish daily content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other platforms, maintaining a content calendar and tracking performance metrics.
• Design, execute and optimise email marketing programmes, including audience segmentation and performance analysis.
• Maintain website content, upload assets, edit pages and monitor basic web analytics.
• Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google, LinkedIn and other networks, analysing results to meet KPI targets.
• Collaborate with the M&C team and other departments to ensure digital initiatives align with overall business strategy.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience in design and digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Ability to work independently, juggle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret data for decision‑making.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Canva
• Content management systems such as WordPress or Shopify
• Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads platforms
• Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
• Basic SEO/SEM knowledge (bonus)
