Senior Project Manager – EMEA

About the role

Dexcom is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead strategic, cross‑functional projects and initiatives across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for driving business transformations that improve operational efficiency and support the company’s growth ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead regional and global projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline and resources.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define requirements, develop execution plans and manage inter‑dependencies.
• Support execution teams by removing roadblocks and facilitating smooth progress.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing status updates and ensuring expectations are met.
• Monitor deliverables for quality standards and track project outcomes using established metrics.
• Contribute to PMO maturity by promoting best practices, leveraging digital tools and mentoring less‑experienced project managers.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level experience managing complex, strategic projects in a multinational environment.
• Strong ability to influence and coordinate across diverse functional groups.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Track record of delivering projects on time, within scope and to quality standards.
