About the role

Lietuvos draudimas is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to own and optimise direct digital communication with its customers. You will plan, execute and continuously improve email, SMS, push‑notification and other channel campaigns, ensuring a seamless experience from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Design, schedule and manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters and automated flows.
• Plan and execute customer communications via SMS, push notifications and other digital channels, maintaining content quality and consistency.
• Monitor performance metrics, formulate hypotheses, run A/B tests and optimise engagement, conversion and overall client experience.
• Participate in the migration to a new MarTech platform, building segmentation, automation, personalization and testing logic.
• Contribute to traffic generation for and support e‑commerce results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience in email marketing; experience with SMS, push or other direct digital channels is a plus.
• Strong copywriting ability to craft clear, concise and compelling marketing messages.
• Practical understanding of audience segmentation, automated communication, personalization and A/B testing.
• Result‑oriented mindset with the ability to analyse data, draw conclusions and propose improvements.
• Experience with MarTech or marketing‑automation platforms is highly desirable.
