Solutions Developer

About the role

SAI360 is seeking a Solutions Developer to join its EMEA team. You will work on an in‑house platform that delivers innovative Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solutions, collaborating with product owners, UX designers and fellow developers in a remote‑first environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance state‑of‑the‑art GRC solutions on the company platform.
• Participate in scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Demonstrate prototypes and finished features to customers and senior leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and product quality.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and expand your programming knowledge.

• Strong analytical mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across a global, fast‑moving team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
• Flexibility to adapt to an international environment spanning America to Asia.

Required skills

• Solid understanding of software development and modern application architecture.
• Experience with PostgreSQL and writing efficient SQL queries.
• Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML and XML; ability to read Java code.
• Use of modern AI tools to support analysis, troubleshooting and productivity.
