Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Netzet is scaling multiple brands across more than 50 countries and needs a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the end‑to‑end hiring process. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and ensure the right talent joins our fast‑growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job postings.
• Actively source candidates on LinkedIn and other creative channels, building and maintaining talent pipelines.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: screen applications, conduct interviews, and guide candidates through final stages.
• Provide market insights, set realistic hiring expectations, and advise hiring teams on decisions.
• Support HR initiatives such as onboarding, pulse checks, and employer‑branding projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of active headhunting or recruitment experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent planning and coordination abilities to handle multiple openings simultaneously.
• Natural intuition for assessing candidate fit and cultural alignment.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

• Experience with alternative candidate sourcing channels.
