Talent Sourcer (FinTech & Payments)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Sourcer to join our recruitment team and help us attract exceptional talent for challenging positions across FinTech, Payments, Infrastructure, and Engineering. This role is for a true hunter who enjoys solving complex sourcing puzzles and uncovering hidden talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source top talent for FinTech, Payments, and technology roles.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines for hard‑to‑fill technical and business positions.
• Conduct market mapping and competitor research.
• Identify passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X‑Ray search techniques.
• Leverage AI tools to improve sourcing efficiency and discover new talent pools.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies for niche positions.
• Maintain organized talent pools and candidate pipelines.
• Partner closely with recruiters to understand hiring needs and refine sourcing approaches.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience as a Talent or Technical Sourcer.
• Experience sourcing candidates within FinTech, Payments, EMI, or similar industries.
• Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and X‑Ray search.
• Daily use of AI‑powered sourcing tools.
• Ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written communication.
• Good English and fluent Russian.
