About the role

LTG Link is looking for a dynamic Content Marketing Specialist to create compelling copy, visual assets and short‑form video for its social channels and digital campaigns. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to boost brand visibility and drive engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Write advertising copy and core campaign messages.
• Develop visual and sales‑driving communication for social media, define design tasks, coordinate execution, test solutions and measure results.
• Film and edit short‑format video content (Reels, TikTok, Stories) from concept to final product.
• Manage and grow LTG Link’s social media channels, increasing audience engagement, reach and efficiency.
• Monitor content and social‑media trends, propose new formats and creative solutions.
• Create segmented newsletter content and support automated communication campaigns.
• Administer website content and coordinate visual content creation.
• Analyze market and client needs, provide insights and recommendations to improve communication effectiveness.
• Identify and manage communication risks on social platforms, collaborating with internal departments and external partners.
• Utilise AI tools for content creation, editing, idea generation and reporting.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Experience in advertising, content or marketing communication creation.
• Hands‑on experience filming and editing short‑format video (phone, CapCut or similar).
• Practical use of AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) for content tasks.
• Strong copywriting abilities across social, email, web and video formats.
• Deep knowledge of social‑media trends, platform algorithms and formats.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Meta/Facebook Insights; CRM/marketing automation knowledge (e.g., Bloomreach) is a plus.
• Project and process management experience with cross‑team collaboration.
• Fluent Lithuanian and English (minimum B1).
