About the role

Go Vilnius is the official tourism and business development agency of the City of Vilnius. We are looking for a Public Relations Project Manager to raise the city’s global profile and attract investors, talent and international event organizers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement PR strategies for projects that promote Vilnius as an attractive destination.
• Engage with target audiences: foreign investors, talent, and international event organizers.
• Plan, budget, and measure PR activities, ensuring effectiveness.
• Create compelling content to capture the attention of each audience.
• Collaborate with the local business and startup ecosystem to achieve shared goals.
• Organise visits for foreign journalists to Vilnius.
• Coordinate with national PR agencies and foreign media outlets.
• Analyse market trends, competition and economic indicators to inform PR actions.
• Learn from senior colleagues and apply acquired knowledge.

Required profile

• University degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or Public Relations.
• 3‑5 years of international PR experience, including work with foreign journalists.
• Proven ability to assess and manage risks and crises.
• Experience communicating with international audiences and in business, technology or conference topics.
• Excellent public speaking skills in Lithuanian and English.
• Creative, energetic and able to turn bold ideas into action.
• Project management and budget planning experience.
• Interest in AI news and visibility of LLM systems.
