Business Developer – FX Financial Solutions (Graduate)

About the role

Ebury is looking for a motivated recent graduate to join its Vilnius office as a Business Developer – FX Financial Solutions. In this graduate programme you will start as a Junior FX Sales Associate, receiving comprehensive training and mentorship while working with cutting‑edge fintech products that help companies make international payments and manage foreign‑exchange risk.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage decision‑makers across various industries to generate new business opportunities.
• Research prospects, understand their payment and FX needs, and present tailored solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales deals, with earnings directly linked to performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing support for new clients.
• Build a network of contacts in international markets and develop deep knowledge of global trade and financial markets.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with strong motivation and enthusiasm.
• Interest in B2B sales or client‑facing environments; prior FX experience not required.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and proficient in English at a business level.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a drive to meet ambitious targets.
