Inbound Sales Development Representative (Junior-Mid)

About the role

Join Nord Security’s B2B team as an Inbound Sales Development Representative. You will be the first point of contact for incoming leads, helping businesses understand how our cybersecurity solutions can protect their data and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Process inbound leads promptly to ensure quick responses to customer inquiries.
• Engage prospects through multiple channels, provide initial product information, and assess their needs.
• Maintain accurate lead data in the CRM for seamless communication and tracking.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to manage daily schedules and transition qualified leads.
• Provide feedback on lead quality to refine sales strategies and improve customer engagement.
• Take initiative in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment, experiment with new approaches, and share successes with the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and customer‑service abilities.
• Effective time‑management and analytical skills.
• Professional telephone etiquette and solid computer literacy.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Can‑do attitude and a sense of humor.
