Store and Team Development Manager

About the role

The Store and Team Development Manager will lead a KIKO Milano boutique in Vilnius, ensuring smooth daily operations while building a high‑performing team. You will combine Kosmelita’s local market expertise with the brand’s Italian style and global beauty trends.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store team and guarantee efficient day‑to‑day operations.
• Participate in recruitment, onboarding and continuous development of new team members.
• Motivate staff to achieve sales targets and uphold the highest customer‑service standards.
• Organise internal trainings, share product knowledge and support team growth.
• Attend KIKO Milano training sessions and trips to the Milan headquarters to deepen product, sales and leadership expertise.
• Contribute to cross‑team training initiatives and share best practices.
• Collaborate with other KIKO Milano teams and internal company departments.
• Analyse sales results, monitor key performance indicators and implement improvement actions.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or team‑coordination experience, preferably in retail.
• Result‑oriented with the ability to inspire and develop people.
• Organised, energetic and quick to react to changing situations.
• Strong analytical mindset to turn store metrics into concrete actions.
• Willingness to learn, travel and represent KIKO Milano.
• Good command of English.
• Experience in wholesale is a strong plus.
