Application Support Engineer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer to ensure the reliability, performance, and operational stability of our business‑critical systems. You will work closely with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to resolve incidents and continuously improve our support processes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor applications, respond to alerts, and manage incidents.
• Troubleshoot production issues, coordinate escalations, and conduct root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain and update platform configurations, perform health checks, and execute scheduled maintenance.
• Develop scripts and automation to reduce manual effort.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, runbooks, and overall support processes.
• Document incidents and produce post‑incident reviews.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Production Support, SRE, DevOps, or a similar role.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident‑management skills.
• Good English communication and documentation abilities.

Required skills

• Experience with AWS and observability tools (monitoring, logging, alerting).
• Scripting knowledge in Python, Bash, or TypeScript.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and distributed systems.
