About the role

We are looking for an Accountant to join our Vilnius office, supporting our international logistics network. Our company has been operating in Lithuania for 10 years and collaborates with a global network of agents across 13 countries. The role focuses on verifying sales operations, handling transport documentation and entering data into our internal systems.

Key responsibilities

• Check sales operations in the Carlo transport management system.
• Verify and assign documents related to completed transports.
• Enter transport documents into the Smartscan system.

Required profile

• Higher education (preferred).
• Basic proficiency in English.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using the Carlo transport management system.
• Experience using the Smartscan document handling system.
