CEO – Regional Lead for Payments & Financial Services

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned executive to lead Telcoin Europe’s payments and financial services business in Lithuania. The CEO will shape the company’s strategic vision, drive growth across European markets and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering innovative payment and digital‑asset solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the company’s strategic and commercial roadmap.
• Oversee all operational, financial and organisational performance.
• Expand the business into new European jurisdictions and create new revenue opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with regulators, banking partners, payment schemes, investors and other key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with European frameworks such as PSD2/PSD3, MiCA, AML/CTF, DORA and EMI requirements.
• Lead product development for payments, embedded finance and digital‑asset offerings.
• Promote a high‑performance culture with strong governance, risk management and operational excellence.
• Report strategy, results and major initiatives directly to the Board.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of executive leadership experience in regulated financial services.
• Previous role as CEO, Managing Director, Deputy CEO, COO or Executive Director.
• Strong background in banking, payments, fintech, EMI or Payment Institution environments.
• Proven track record of scaling regulated businesses and leading international teams.
• Deep knowledge of European payments, banking infrastructure, treasury and financial regulation.
• Experience with digital assets, blockchain or crypto‑related financial services is highly desirable.
• Lithuanian residency is mandatory.
