About the role

TransferGo is seeking a hands‑on strategic partner for the CEO to drive high‑impact, cross‑functional initiatives. This 12‑month fixed‑term Chief of Staff role is focused on turning strategic priorities into concrete outcomes without managing a dedicated team.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of the CEO’s top strategic priorities, including strategic partnerships, consumer business development, and cross‑functional process mapping.
• Drive 2–3 flagship initiatives simultaneously, executing tasks personally and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Represent the CEO with external partners, scope and source new partnership and business development opportunities.
• Act as a trusted extension of the CEO, communicating priorities accurately and operating independently on their behalf.

Required profile

• Generalist with fast learning ability and strong execution mindset.
• Finance or analytics background strongly preferred.
• Hands‑on operating experience, having personally led projects from conception to delivery.
• High autonomy, outcome‑driven attitude and comfort working directly with senior leadership.
