Compliance Quality Assurance Specialist

About the role

Join ibsettle’s growing compliance function in Vilnius as a Compliance Quality Assurance Specialist. You will act as a trusted partner to improve processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive quality across the entire fintech organization.

Key responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of AML/KYC processes and gradually expand QA activities across operations, business, finance and product.
• Evaluate compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, documenting findings and providing constructive feedback.
• Identify recurring issues, conduct root‑cause analysis and monitor corrective‑action implementation.
• Prepare QA reports, quality metrics and contribute to the continuous improvement of the company’s QA framework.
• Help develop QA methodologies, review standards and evaluation criteria while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, AML/CFT, Compliance or a similar role.
• Good understanding of AML/KYC principles and customer due diligence.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and attention‑to‑detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, build relationships across teams and challenge existing processes constructively.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
