About the role

TaxTactic is looking for a Junior Tax Consultant to join its team in Vilnius. The role offers hands‑on experience with real client cases from day one, combining on‑site work with flexible remote days.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client financial data and identify tax optimisation opportunities.
• Interpret and apply Lithuanian tax regulations to diverse business situations.
• Develop practical, client‑focused tax‑saving recommendations.
• Prepare clear reports and documentation for senior consultants and clients.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure understanding and implementation of advice.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or final‑year student) in tax law, accounting, finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse financial statements and draw relevant conclusions.
• Client‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
• Basic knowledge of tax legislation or prior related experience is a plus.
