About the role
Join Global Scaffolders as a Personnel Recruitment Manager in Klaipėda. You will be part of a young, dynamic and supportive team that values openness, simplicity and collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Organise active candidate search and selection to attract the best talent.
- Create and publish engaging job advertisements.
- Assess candidate and employee competencies and identify training needs.
- Maintain continuous communication with candidates and internal team members.
- Monitor the labour market, analyse trends and produce reports.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in personnel recruitment.
- Excellent command of English.
- Ability to react flexibly to non‑standard and fast‑changing situations.
- Self‑driven, responsible and comfortable asking questions when needed.
- Eagerness to learn, develop and grow together with the team.
