Senior Tax Specialist – Indirect Taxes

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Tax Specialist to manage our indirect tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions. You will ensure timely filing of VAT, GST and sales tax returns, support audit processes and help automate tax procedures within our finance team.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit monthly VAT returns, iSAF registers and OSS, U.S. and other sales tax filings.
• Collect, review and organise financial data for external tax consultants.
• Collaborate with external partners on data exchange, filing follow‑ups and payment coordination.
• Maintain indirect tax accounts in the general ledger, including month‑end closing, journal entries and reconciliations.
• Update the global indirect tax compliance calendar and ensure all deadlines are met.
• Support VAT automation projects, ERP integration and evaluation of new tax tools.
• Assist with tax registrations, audit material preparation and communication with tax authorities.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on tax implications of new products or services.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in indirect tax compliance.
• Strong knowledge of VAT, GST and U.S. sales tax principles.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• High attention to detail, proactive and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.

• Advanced Excel proficiency.
